These terms describe permitted use of watchfay.com and the films, footage, images, sound and text made available by Fay Studios. They do not replace a separate written licence or the terms of a platform hosting a film.

Watching and sharing

You may view and listen through the site and our official channels for your personal enjoyment, subject to the relevant platform’s terms. You may share links to our pages and official channels.

Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence. These terms do not restrict uses that applicable law permits without our permission.

Reuse and licensing

Unless a separate licence or applicable law permits it, do not copy, reupload, mirror, redistribute or commercially display the content; sell or share source files; remove rights notices; use it to train AI models; or suggest we endorse a product, service or cause. An official platform’s permitted offline feature remains subject to that platform’s terms.

For footage, sound or other commercial use, contact [email protected] with your intended project, media, territory and duration. An enquiry, quote or file preview grants no rights. Any licence must identify the permitted assets, uses and conditions. Rights belonging to another owner may require that owner’s separate permission.

Safe use

Do not watch films while driving or operating machinery. Choose a comfortable listening level. Our content is for viewing and listening enjoyment and is not medical advice or treatment. We do not promise a particular sleep, study or health result.

Privacy and rights concerns

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information. If you believe you are identifiable in content and want it reviewed, or believe your rights have been infringed, email [email protected]. Please include the relevant link, timecode and enough information to explain the concern. We will review it and respond.

Availability and external services

We aim to describe content accurately, but do not promise that the site will always be available or error free. External platforms and linked websites have their own terms and practices. Check them before using those services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, guarantee or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Any responsibility for a problem will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances. A separate paid licence may contain additional agreed terms, subject to those mandatory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the site and show the new date above. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately signed licence or remove rights already accrued.
