Sleep Sounds: Rain and Quiet Nights
Our first films are being prepared. This is a preview of the planned series.
Some nights the room is too quiet. Other nights it is full of small noises you cannot ignore. Gentle sleep sounds, rain most of all, can help the room feel settled again.
This page gathers the Fay films that many people use at bedtime. Steady rain on leaves. A quiet car moving through wet roads. A slow walk after the rain has stopped. Each one is long, calm and free of sudden changes, so you can start it once and let it run.
Natural sound is preferred, and any licensed replacement ambience will be disclosed. We add no music and no voice, and we leave out the loud moments that can pull you back awake. When a film does include distant thunder, we say so in the description.
A few small things help. Keep the volume low, softer than you think you need. Set the screen to dim or turn it off. If you use a speaker, place it across the room rather than next to your pillow. Many people find that a timer helps too.
We are not doctors, and these films are not a treatment for anything. They are simply a calm sound to fall asleep to. Choose one that feels right, settle in, and let the night slow down.
Nothing here yet. The next one is being filmed.

Which films are best for sleep?
Steady rain films are the most even and are a good place to start. Quiet drives work well for people who like a soft rhythm. Night walks suit those who enjoy a little more texture.
How loud should I play sleep sounds?
Low is usually better. A common rule is to keep the sound softer than a normal conversation. If you can still hear it clearly as you drift off, it is loud enough.
Do the films stop suddenly?
A gradual ending is part of the planned edit. Each film must pass the sound review before release; runtime and sound notes will appear on its own page.
Are these films a cure for poor sleep?
No. They are calm films with natural sound, not a medical product. If sleep is a real struggle for you, it is worth speaking with a health professional.
